Description: Swift Challenger 570

Are you looking for a top spec caravan with a fixed bed and large end washroom, which doesn't compromise on space, equipment or fittings? Swift's Challenger 570, featuring a spacious lounge, top spec kitchen, super comfortable fixed bed and big end washroom will meet all your requirements...and this example is in excellent condition.  This large single axle caravan is a great choice for touring or as a holiday home when the caravan is based on a site and is a very popular choice on the secondhand market.

This caravan will suit couples looking for a fixed bed caravan with plenty of space and comfort or families who will use the lounge seats as single beds while the adults get the fixed bed in a separate bedroom!

This 2010 Swift Challenger 570 is in excellent condition throughout, having been cared for and well maintained by non-smoking owners. The caravan comes complete with all the manuals and instruction booklets, and will be serviced and damp checked by an independent approved workshop for peace of mind for a new owner.  It has a spacious layout with a fixed bed and large bathroom at the rear of the caravan, a well-equipped kitchen and a pull-out double or two single beds in the ‘U-shaped’ lounge at the front of the caravan all on a single axle.  This caravan comes with lots of essential caravanning extras including a full Isabella awning, Alko hitch lock, Alko wheel lock, Aqua Roll, Waste master, gas cylinder, leisure battery, hook up cable, entry step and smoke detector.

The single axle 570 was a brand new model for the Challenger range, featuring upgraded equipment like LED lighting, shock absorbers, and positive catches on locker doors, giving the 570 an even more refined feel.

The exterior on the Challenger features a one-piece full height moulded rear panel, and one piece thick gauge aluminium sidewalls with stylish new graphics and heavy duty corner steadies as well as striking 'Storm' alloy wheels.

In the Challenger 570, the fixed double bed is positioned on the near side of the caravan, with an ‘Ultra Comfort’ thick luxurious mattress on an aluminium spaceframe, which lifts up on gas struts to access the spacious storage area underneath. The bedroom can be partitioned from the rest of the caravan, for total privacy and there is a TV station positioned in the partitioning wall so that a TV can be viewed from either the bedroom or the living area. As well as the under bed storage, there is additional storage in the overhead aircraft style lockers and in a large wardrobe. There are 2 reading lights positioned over the bed, and a roof-mounted Heki roof light ensuring that the bedroom is light, airy and well-ventilated.

In the Challenger 570, the large well-appointed bathroom is situated at the rear, featuring an electric flush Thetford c-250 cassette toilet, fully lined walk-in shower cubicle and a vanity unit with sink, mirror and cupboard.

The front section of the caravan has a large ‘U-shaped’ lounge area, with large overhead 'aircraft style' storage lockers, storage under the seats, a pull-out coffee table and an additional folding dining table which is neatly stored in a separate cupboard.  The lounge comfortably seats 4 people. Set into the roof of the lounge is a large Heki II panoramic roof light - this gives the lounge a light and airy feel as well as plenty of ventilation when fully opened. There is a second TV point conveniently sited by the pull-out table. This caravan has an impressive 1.95m (6’ 5”) of internal headroom. The soft furnishings are an attractive, light and contemporary design, in neutral tones. The deep pile carpets are detachable with a hardwearing wood effect vinyl flooring beneath.

The well-appointed kitchen has a Thetford four ring hob (3 x gas, 1 x electric), separate grill and oven, a built-in Daewoo 700w microwave oven and a Dometic 115 litre 3-way fridge with a full-width icebox. There is plenty of food/cooking utensil storage space, ample worktops with down lighting.  There is an attractive granite-look sink and a chrome finish mixer tap, fed by a high-performance water system.  Above the cooking area is a small rooflight providing ventilation and air extraction when required.

The caravan is fitted with both 12V and 240V LED energy saving lighting system (inc LED porch light). All the windows are complete with curtains, a fly screen and a blackout blind, and the stable door has a full-length fly screen. The battery charger has a 20 Amp output. There is a smoke detector. There is an inbuilt CD/Radio/MP3 player with iPod connectivity, 2x TV stations with 230V, 12V and coax aerial sockets.  Mounted on the roof is a directional and telescopic Status 530 aerial (digital compatible).

There are smart ’Storm’ alloy wheels (a spare wheel is stowed in an Al-ko wheel carrier under the caravan), AL-KO 3004 stabiliser, and an external 240v. There is a modern 13 pin DIN standard socket to connect to the car towing electrics. There is an external BBQ point.

This caravan has a Sargeant Stinger alarm system. This not only gives you peace of mind that your caravan is safe but also results in much-reduced insurance premiums.

A really great caravan, which will be cleaned, fully serviced, damp checked, with lots of extras which make this caravan exceptional value for money.  It will be ready and waiting to tow away straight to a campsite for an exciting caravanning holiday.
